Shipping
An Post (Express Parcel with Signature):
The An Post option costs €10. When possible, we will email you your tracking information and you can follow your package until it reaches you, at which point a signature will be required. An Post delivery times are as follows:
Ireland: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 5-8 working days
Disclaimer: We cannot completely guarantee these delivery times due to the high volume of goods that An Post sometimes encounters. You can call An Post on +353 17057700 to inquire about the status of a late or lost package.
FedEx (International Priority):
This is a 2-3 day service. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address. As soon as we pack up your order and create the shipment, you will receive an email from FedEx with a unique tracking number; you can use this number to follow your package every step of the way.
Handling
If the item you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours to tell you how long it will take us to make it. We will send you suggestions of the most similar pieces so that your order can be sent to you in a timely manner. If no alternative options are suited to your liking, we can offer a credit note or simply refund your order.
